Dream 2-Rosemarie Dombrowski

Rosemarie Dombrowski is the inaugural Poet Laureate of Phoenix, AZ and the curator and host of First Friday Poetry on Roosevelt Row, a multi-modal poetry experience that takes place within the heart of the city's monthly artwalk. Additionally, she's the founding editor of both rinky dink press -- a micropoetry press that publishes micro-chapbooks in microzine form -- and The Revolution (Relaunch), a creative re-visioning of the weekly women’s rights newspaper founded by Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Susan B. Anthony circa 1868. Her collections include The Book of Emergencies(2014), The Philosophy of Unclean Things (2017), and The Cleavage Planes of Southwest Minerals [A Love Story], winner of the 2017 Split Rock Review chapbook competition. Additionally, she’s the recipient of a 2017 Arts Hero Award, five Pushcart nominations, and was recently named a finalist for the Brooklyn Poets Whitman Bicentennial Poetry Contest.
